BCV/SKV
The Belgian quality system BCV (Belgisch Controlesysteem voor Vleeskalveren) – (Belgian Control system for Calves’ meat ) is far stricter than the current legislation. It guarantees that veal is free from antibiotics and growth hormones. The system is placed under the supervision of the FAVV (Federaal Agentschap voor de Veiligheid van de Voedselketen)- (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain)

The BCV-label is EU accredited.

It is also fully interchangeable with the SKV quality system (the Netherlands).

Meritus beef
Every consumer wants a tender and juicy piece of beef on his plate. He also wants it to be perfectly safe. The Meritus® quality label provides this dual certainty with every purchase made.

This reputable logo represents a wide range of norms, which far exceed the law. The beef processing is monitored, from the fodder given to the animal right through to the point of sale where the meat finally ends up. Naturally these norms are strictly controlled by independent instances and laboratories.

Certus pork
Pork cutlets, fillets, roasts and minced meats: every part of the pig can be prepared in a most succulent manner. The Certus quality label ensures that each piece of pork is not only tasty but also entirely safe.

Certus is not just merely a logo or brand. It is an IKB-quality label (Integrale KetenBewaking or Integral Chain Monitoring) developed in consultation with all contributors to the processing chain. They guarantee that the pork is processed according to norms that are stricter than the law, and this during each step of the production process.
