Vilatca nv is responsible for the buying and selling of veal, veal farming under its own management, and for co-operation with external veal producers (import and export).
Standards surpass the regulations:
- Production according to the BCV standards book; growth improvement supplements banned; all meats free from antibiotics; controls by internationally accredited inspection agencies.
- Each individual calf is monitored for food, medication, qualifying term, etc.
- GVP Certification: Performed by in-house veterinarians at the company.
