At our production site in the Netherlands, HPT produces a small assortment of highly functional beef proteins. Our products are unparalleled and offer the best value / price ratio that is available in the market today.

HPT uses only the best quality of selected and certified raw materials for the production of collagen products. The bovine split  hides are sourced exclusively from EU-registered slaughterers and are fit for  human consumption. This is your guarantee that the raw materials processed by HPT are derived from animals that were subjected to ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection.

To be able to guarantee the safety of our products, HPT has introduced a Food Safety Quality system (FSSC 22000) by which the production process is screened continuously, from the purchasing of the raw materials to the delivery of the end product. Consequently, you can expect a high-grade,  safe functional product, officially approved and certified by The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority.

    Unique Coarse fibres providing excellent texture and firmness in all type of meat products.

     - Emulsified products as fat emulsions
  • Collapro Bovine Medium (BM)
    The Premium fibre providing good and firm texture and firmness in all type of meat products, but can also be used for blending purpose with other ingredients.
